that handicapper W S Vosburgh asxigned Billy Kelly to carry 140 pounds How ¬ ever his trainer wisely decided that It was asking too much of the little gelding and declined the issue The elimination of Billy Kelly resulted In a larger ffeld going to the post than had he reinuliifd In Tlie W K Coe entry Sweep On flnd Star Heiilm waB Installed favorite and the race was thought to be a cinch for Sweep On But the running of it proved different two outsider in Routledge and Hannibal in third place while the favorite was never prominent Such is tlie case in point exempli ¬ fying the uncertainty of
