1 , ! ; FINAL PUBLIC SALE AT SARATOGA Georgo Starr Brings Top Price of ,100 Westy Hogan Goes to H. S, Koppin for ,500, RY J. L. DEMPSEY. SARATOGA SPRINGS, N. Y., August 27. The final public sale of the Saratoga season, held last night, was well attended in spite of the wintry weather that prevailed. There were no particu- larly attractive offerings, the best of the consign- incuts being those of AA Aiau, which included George Starr and AVesty Hogan. The former went for ,100 to H. Perkins and will be shipped to Kentucky to take part in the fall racing there. AVesty Hogan was bought by H. S. Koppin, who also had a consignment in the sale, but bought in Queen Apple, Cadillac, Monomoy and Hidden. Ship. Some prospective young horses were in the J. AV.
