STEWARDS FOR AUTUMN MEETINGS SARATOGA SPRINGS, X. Y., August 29. At the meeting of the Jockey Club held in the Saratoga clubhouse yesterday F. R. Hitchcock was appointed- the steward to represent the Jockey Club at Belmont Park during the coming autumn meeting. II. K. Knapp was appointed steward of the Aqueduct meeting, V. S. Vosburgh at. Jamaica and Andrew Miller at the Empire City meeting.
