The latter raced in closest pursuit from the start and finished well. LADY FAIR PLAY ran a good race and had no mishaps. MAJOR PARKE ran a dull race, although he finished well. SAM REH tired. The others were alwavs outrun. The latter ran a game race and only gave way right at the end. PERFECT LADY came with a rush near the end. VERDI LOON closed a gap, but swerved out in the stretch. DISCORD was In a jam most of the way. GOLD STONE ran away before the start and set the early pace, but quit badly.
