Won handily; second and third driving. ROYALLIEU began slowly, but went around on the outside with a rush on the last turn into the lead and held on gamely in the final drive. SIR GHAFTON followed the leaders closely under slight restraint in the early running and made ir gtimc effort in the stretch, but tired in the closing strides. SUSAN M. ran a game race. ASSUMPTION, hard ridden all the way, set the early pace, but quit in the last quarter. RECEPTION II. had no mishaps. Scratched 13S07!Sveet Tooth, 112; 44083 Tom Young, 112. HINDOOSTAN was always a forward contender and held on gamely in the stretch drive. WAR NOTE was under restraint for three-quarters and finished gamely under punishment. MY LADDIE was much used in racing RAMBLER ROSE and END MAN into defeat and tired when the final test came. RAMBLER ROSE ran well, but also tired in the stretch drive. AVEARY was hard ridden all the way and came fast through the last quarter. SAND BED set a fast pace, but quit in the last quarter. FAIR GAIN had no mishaps.
