,600 FOR SIREN MAID AT AUCTION LATONIA, Ky., October 13. Prior to the racing this afternoon there were offered by auction the four horses owned by the Pastime Stable. The sale was to dissolve the partnership of Middleton and Jones. C. 11. Ellison bought Siren Maid, the star of the sale, for ,000. Sams Boy was bought bv John C. Ferriss, acting for D. Lehan, for ,200. Lady in Black went to John W. Schorr on his bid of ,400. Kinglike brought 50 and was bought by L. Jones. The three-year-old Linden, which was added to the sale, was bought by O. L. Foster for ,700.
