Won easily; second and third driving. ENMITY, seemingly a good colt, moved up resolutely at once and, taking the lead after going the first eighth, won as his rider pleased. STAR BABY was restrained for the first three-eighths and came fast when called on, but was easily held safe. EMDEN ran well and tired after going a half mile. DOILY finished well. SIMONITE ran as if best and, better ridden, -would have won. MELVIN showed the most speed, but tired slightly in the last sixteenth. HOSLER closed a big gap from a slow beginning. JACK HARE JR. moved up steadily and was forced to come wide into- the stretch, but finished resolutely and going fastest at the end. EXTERMINATOR set the pace under hard restraint to the last half, where he tired under Ids heavy weight. LEGAL ran well and stayed gamelv. KINGOZI was always outpaced. Scratched 14332 Midway, 119.
