Won driving; second and third the same. SISTER HELEN.E took a quick lead and drew away on the last turn, then tired in the last eighth, but held on gamely when challenged and: outstayed FORECLOSURE. The latter was a forward contender all the way and was wearing the leader down in the final strides. SAND BED, in close pursuit of the leader from the start, tired in the. final drive. BRIGHT GOLD acted badly at the barrier, and while ridden vigorously appeared to not fully extend herself. EDITH K. was forced extremely wide throughout. IRA WILSON was a forward contender all the way and finished- gamely. NORTHWARD was hard ridden and came fast in the stretch. INCINERATOR raced wide all the way. IIOLLISTKR met with repeated interference and was iu close quarters in the last eighth. TORCI1BEARER raced well. ARNOLD tired in tho last eighth.
