AUSTRALIAN TURFMAN AT LEXINGTON LEXINGTON, Ky., November 7. E. J. Norton of London was for the last few days the guest of Emit Herz in Lexington and vicinity and saw several of the thoroughbred breeding farms. Mr. Norton is a native of Australia, but for several years has been racing in England. In future, however, he intends to race in Australia, whither he has recently shipped horses valued collectively at 00,000. He said Kentucky reminded him greatly of England in the lay of the land and the woodland pastures. Mr. Herz and his guest left last night for New York.
