SEEKING QUARTERS FOR BROOD MARES LEXIXGTOX, Ky., Xovember. 21. A representative of Gifford A. Cochran is negotiating for quarters for ten or a dozen mares that Fair Plays new owner will send to Kentucky to be mated with the sire of Man o War and Mad Hatter, it being a part of the terms of the stallions sale that he is to remain at the Xursery Stud for three years, according to information received here last night.
