FRANK ONEILL TO VISIT BOWIE TRACK XEW YORK, X. Y., Xovember 21. Frank OXeill, the noted American . jockey, just . returned from France, left today for Bowie, Md.,, with the. intention of seeing a days racing before, lie left for his home in St. Louis to spend the holidays. He will return to Franco the latter part of January to be ready to ride the W. K. Vanderbilt horses at the early meetings, which begin in March.
