NOTHING DEFINITE ABOUT TIJUANA SAN FRANCISCO, Cal., November 22. James W. Coffroth, manager of the Tijuana race course at Tijuana, Mex., directly opposite San Diego, Cal., has returned to San Francisco after an absence in the east of nearly five months. Most of Coffroths time has been spent in efforts to secure less stringent border regulations that would permit of the reopening of the Tijuana race track. On that score Coffroth has no news that is definite to make public. "I cant tell you anything definite," he said. "I am in hopes that I will be able shortly to announce the reopening of Tijuana. Thats as much as I can tell you of the racing situation. We are anxious to open and will resume as soou as possible."
