CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Jockey Corey was set down for three days by starter Ed Tribe for breaking up his starts iu the first race yesterday at Bowie. Judge Joseph A. Murphy will leave Bowie for New Orleans on Monday to be on hand fur the opening nt Jefferson Park. After his departure Joseph McLennan will fill tlm vacancy in the Judges stand. Messrs. John I. Carr and Thomas Piatt have Bold the rilno-yoar-oM brown mare Surcingle, by Rock Sand Souveraiiic, by Rayon dOr Sultana, by Lexington, to Commander J. K. L. Ross and her weanling brown filly by Fair Play to W. B. Wat kins ot Philadelphia. Surcingle is bred to Delhi.
