ASSUMED NAMES BARRED IN ENGLAND LONDON. England. November 30. At the next meeting of the stewards of the English Jockey Club it is certain that a rule will be passed barring assumed names in racing. The change will onio by way of the death of rule 23 and substitution of the following: "No owner shall make use of an assumed name for the pHtrpose of entering or running horses, and uny horse entered under an assumed name shall be disqualified."
