HITTING AT INDEPENDENT TRACKS MONTUKAL. Quebec, August 10. A numlier of horsemen stabling at Blue Bonnets and others now seeking accommodation at the Montreal Jockey Club course have been notified that all horsemen racing any horses at the Mount Royal meeting next week, which track adjoins Rlue Bonnets, will lie refused stabling on the Montreal Jockey Club grounds. The horsemen at Mount Royal Park and the other local tracks am indignant about the decision of the Blue Bonnets management, and a petition, signed by horsemen, will Ik; presented to Secretary William Xorthey, notifying him that unless his association decides to change its decision in tills matter they will positively refuse to race I at the Rlue Ronnets second meeting.
