In 1919 230 head changed hands for a total of 90,950, an average of ,041.37. Taking into consideration the fact that several of the offerings last year brought extraordinarily large prices, the average for 1920 is most satisfactory. The sales took place during, a period of depression in the stock market and unsettled conditions in Europe. All in all, breeders had every reason to be satisfied.
