CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF General Dogoutte, commandant of the Army of the Rhine, lias organized a race meeting which will be held during the week of August 23 to 29, inclusive, on the Wiesbaden course. The program includes races for horses owned and ridden by officers of the inter-allied army. Baron Velasco, a Spanish nobleman, has bought Dominion, winner of the English Newmarket Stakes and Prince of Wales Stakes of 1919. Dominion turned out to be a rogue and goes to the stud. He is five years old, by Polymelus Osyrua, bv Desmond, and cost 4,500 as a yearling. The baron paid 0,000 for Dominion to Lord Glanely.
