ROULEAU moved up rapidly on the outside after rounding the last turn and, racing into a long lead in the homestretch, won in a canter. MAXOEVRE saved ground on all the. turns and, finishing gamely, outstayed SWEET MUSIC in the final drive. The latter moved up gamely oh the stretch turn and took the lead, but tired in the last eighth. GEORGIE had no mishaps. FAISAN. DORE tired after going a half mile. DREAM OF TIIE VALLEY set a fast pace, but quit badly in the last quarter and appeared in distress at the linish. Won ridden out; second and third driving. JIM-DAISY, away forwardly, raced FRIZLET into defeat and, taking a clear lead on the stretch turn, maintained his advantage under hard urging. SIIEBA was prominent throughout, finished gamely and outstayed EYE OPENER in the stretch drive. EYE OPENER moved up rapidly after entering the homestretch, but tired in the hist sixteenth and pulled up lame; FORNOVO had a rough race, in the early running and finished gamely when clear in the stretch. RAMKIN was shuffled back, at the start and could never improve his position. FRIZLET set the early pace, but quit badly in the last quarter. DINNA CARE was saved until straightened out in the homestretch, then closed up rapidly when called on and was going away in the closing strides. DR. CLARK, away forwardly, set a fast pace in the early running and-came wide when entering the homestretch, but quickly ovcrhaule-l BLAZES and took the lead again, but tired badly in the last sixteenth. BUSY SIGNAL was a prominent contender throughout, but was forced extremely wide on the stretch turn, then came again in the stretch and would have been second in another stride. BLAZES slipped through- next to the inner rail on the last turn and took the lead, but quit in the final drive. BROOKUOLT -was crowded back at the start. BETTY J. ran well, but tired in the hist eighth. RALCO was forced to pull up in the homestretch when TnE LAMB swerved in. LE GLORIEUX closed a gap in the last half mile. IlADHEUWAY saved ground on all the turns and closed u big gap. DEWEY EVE ran welll MAVEHOXA ran green and raced wide on the turns. GALLANT FOE eased up when beaten.
