CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF There will be a race for Canadian-breds every day at Thorncliffe Park. J. S. Bussey is training a public stable at Havre and has five horses in it at present. R. T. Wilsons Thunderstorm scored his third straight victory when he won at Belmont Park Tuesday. He is an exceptionally fast horse. Fifty additional stalls have been built at Thorncliffe Park, but even then the accommodations will fall short of the demand for stabling room. Entries for the 300-mile endurance race to be run Octolier 11, starting at Fort Ethan Allen, Vt., and finishing at Camp Devens, Mass., closed yesterday. Sir William Johnsons success at Havre Tuesday was his fourth consecutive winning race, his three previous victories having been scored at Timonium and Marlboro. The meeting scheduled to begin at Chagrin Falls, Cleveland, ., on September IS has been postiwned to September 25 in order to avoid conflict with the Cleveland Baseball Clubs home engagements. A. V. Thomas, the owner of Yowell, has arrived at the Woodbine Park with his string, which includes three horses from Calgary. These are the four-year-old York Road, the three-year-old Glen-elva Lass and the two-year-old Marjorie Wells.
