NEW JUDGES STAND AT WOODBINE Rcporis from Toronto are that a new judges stand has been erected at Woodbine Park. The new structure is a t luce -decker. Francis Nelson, the steward representing tlie Canadian Racing Associations on all the big Canadian tracks, will, it is said, recommend the construction of stewards stands at several of the courses, which will bo located on the inside of the track about 100 feet above the finishing line.
