DAY OF LATONIA CUP DECISION SIX WELL-MATCHED CAMPAIGNERS NAMED TO CONTEST FOR THE $ 7,500 ADDED LONG DISTANCE STAKE FEATURE LATONIAj Ky., October 29. General manager Winn and resident manager. Harry F. Brei-vogel have perfected elaborate preparations to take care of the immense throng expected to witness the decision of the 7,500 added Latcnia Cup at two miles and a quarter, the outstanding feature of the closing day program at Latonia. While disappointment was expressed over the absence of the great Exterminator from the cup rape, the field named, although small in. numbers, is comprised of tried and trun campaigners, well matched and right on edge for a grueling contest. Of the six carded to go Minto II.- and Donnacona are the overnight favorites, with Sway also highly regarded. The best riding talent available here has been secured to pilot the starters. Wilsons injury, will cause a change in the rider oi: Minto II. and trainer Spence is undecided whom he will employ, but it will probably be T. Murray.
