AGREE ON FAIR GROUNDS PURSES E. It. Bradley, G. H. Keene, Howard Oots and Thomas B. Cromwell, representing the Thoroughbred Horsemens Association, and all horsemen who had entered into the signed agreement not to race at the New Orleans Fair Grounds winter meeting for less than six purses of ,000 added and one handicap, of SI, 500 added daily, yesterday met with president 15. C. McClelland of the Business Mens Racing Association, who agreed with them, subject to ratification by the Business Mens Racing Association board of directors, that the purses asked by the horsemen will be given and twenty-five per cent from money winners held in escrow, until it is determined whether or not the earnings of the meeting reach .5,000. The expectation is that the agreement will be ratified according to McClellands statement.
