BONIFACE, also under a pull for the first mile and a half, got to the winner in the stretch, but was tiring in the last strides. PAUL JONES ran a game race, but finished a distant third. DONNACONA set a good pace, but tired after going two miles. MAI HATTER tired and quit badly. DAMASK Was never close up. THE TROUT was hopelessly outclassed.
