HORSEMEN LEASE OAKLAWN PARK HOT SPRINGS, Ark.. November 10. It is rumored here that John Sanford. E. F. Sims, J.W. McClelland, S. C. Hildreth, J. N. Camden, J. E. Madden and other prominent turfmen have leased Oaklawn Park from November 13 to May 15 next on a co-operation basis and will winter their horses at this wcll-apiKinted course. The winter colony here has been growing with each succeeding year, the mild climate and splendid facilities for the proper care of the horses appealing to owners who have hitherto wintered in the North. The long and unusually, severe winter of 1010 has probably induced horsemen who had their horses at Gravesend, Bejmont Park and other Long Island tracks to find a uore congenial and warmer climate to winter their horses and prepare them for early spring racing.
