LEADERS OF FRENCH RACING SEASON The Armenian owner, a war millionaire, M. Eknayan, with nearly sixty horses iu training, was the leading owner of the French flat racing season, now over. Ills stable won over seventy races and some 5,000. Baron Edouard de Rothschild was second witli fifty-four races and about 0,000. The American stables of A. K. Macomber and J. R. Leroy Vanderbllt were third and fourth in the winning lists with 5,000 and 7,000 respectively. The Franco-English Gilpin-St. Alary stable, through the English three-year-old Comrade, which won the Grand-Prix de Paris and Arc de Triomphe-Stakes, followed the American stables in fifth place.
