ANOTHER REFORMERS RECKLESS STORY LE-XINGTON, Ky., December 5. In Rev. W. S. Lockharts statement by Associated Press from Louisville yesterday, announcing the intention of reform organizations to continue the fight on "race track gambling;" the statement is made that the United States has long since prohibited the use of the mails for the transmission of odds and asks the question, "why not the wires?" Of course this statement is untrue, as are many of the statements of the self-termed "reformers."
