It isnt a bad idea. Just now there is a public j idea that sports are not bearing their share of i heavy modern taxation and a law that would appnr- tion a fair share and take away the foolish idea I that betting only is one of the- basic features of all sport would be a good law. France and Canada have sot recent examples which are working well.
