NO COMBINED NEW YORK COMMISSION ALBANY X Y March 18 The plan to abolish the State Racing and Boxing Commissions ami create a single tody to control racing boxing and baseball has been dropped by legislative leaders The annual budget bill just introduced in the legislature allows the usual small appropriation to the Racing Commission for the fiscal year in addi ¬ tion to a deficiency appropriation The present commissioners are Messrs George W Loft chair ¬ man Hairy F Sinclair and lames W Wadsworth Sr They were appointed last year for a fiveyear term and serve without pay Mr Wadsworth is the father of United States Senator Wadsworth
