NEW BILL FOR ILLINOIS RACING A dispatch of yesterday from Springfield to the Journal says Senator John Deuvir of Chicago introduced in the senate today a race track bill which he says meets the approval of the governor It provides for a superintendent of racing as a part of the Department of Agriculture who shall license corporations to conduct running nice meetings Sunday racing Is barred in the bill The number of such racing associations is limited to one for each 3000000 population The hill provides also for the regulation of trotting and pacing Article 9 of the law bars bopkmaking or solicited betting
