THE BOHEMIAN RECEIVING ATTENTION Under date of Sunday a dispatch from Paris con ¬ veyed the news that A K Macombers American bred colt The Bohemian has been backed down from 0 to 1 to 25 to 1 to win the Epsom Derby The Bohemian is by Jim Gaffney Kittenish by Roquelaure and showed a high order of speed in winning two races in this country last year in which among others he defeated such proved fast twoyearolds as Serapls St Michael Frigate CJuccreek and Care Free running fiveeighths at Havre de Grace in 59 He lias only raced once in France this spring and there made a good im ¬ pression by running second in front of such a crack older horse as Sourbier which won the French Derby last year and ran third in the Grand Prix de Paris
