HAVRE DE GRACES BEST MEETING TOTAL OF 144400 DISTRIBUTED DURING THIRTEEN THIRTEENDAYS DAYS OF RACING J K L ROSS THE LEAD LEADING ING MONEYWINNING OWNER The spring meeting of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association held from April 1C to April 30 was the best from every standpoint in the history of the Havre de Grace track During the thirteen days of racing ninetyone races were run and 144400 was distributed in stakes and purses The daily average distribution amountcd to 11107 Commander J K L Ross stable made its initial ap ¬ pearance of the year at this meeting and with its star racers in midsummer form easily carried off the bulk of the prize money leading the moneywinning owners with 19320 to its credit J S Cosden and the Pelican Stable were second and third respectively
