DEVONSHIRE MEETING TO OPEN JULY 30 WINDSOR Out May 10 According to manager Bradley Wilson the first of the 1921 meetings at Devonshire Park will follow that at Kenilworth Park beginning cither on Thursday July 2 or Saturday July 30 The opening date will probably be the latter as the meeting will then include two Saturdays Wilson also announced that A B Dade the official starter on all the Kentucky tracks would do the starting at both Devonshire meetings as they will not conflict with Kentucky racing racingMany Many pretentious improvements are under way at Devonshire including a new clubhouse new jockey club quarters and paddock also an addition to the grandstand
