PLATERS WORK AT WOODBINE Resarf Goes Mile and a Quarter in 213 35 Herendesy Victim of Coughing TORONTO Out May 10 The Brookdale stables Kings Plater Besarf worked a milo and a quarter over a fast track at Woodbine Paik to ¬ day in 1113 the following being the fractional time L5 52 118 and 145 It was the first gallop over the full plate distance by any candi ¬ date this spring and was a good work Besarf was paced the fir t part by Hornet and the last half mile by Fox Haven and had something left at the finish finishHerendesy Herendesy the hope of the Dyment stable was supposed to work today but came on the track coughing and was only galloped Trailer George Walker may have to let up with him for a day or two This should not interfere with Herendesy very much as he is at least a couple of week alead of any other Kings Plater in preparation for the race THere is7aniild epidenilc of corigh ing at Woodbine and Herendesy is unfortunate enough to be one of the victims victimsWar War Canoe and Nomins only galloped this morn ¬ ing and may work tomorrow with Herendesy if the latter shows sign of improvement improvementGreybourne Greybourne was sent a half mile by trainer Johnny Walker in 51 fighting for her head all the way She will likely work the plate distance to morrow morning morningGallon Gallon Berry the Seagram stables Plater worked fiveeighths in 105 Canadian galloped a mile in 149 and Blarney Boy threequarters in 119 Gay Cap worked threequarters in 113 and Overseas fiveeighths in 105 105Woodbine Woodbine from Dyment stable galloped a mile in 143 the fastest of the year She is fast and good this spring springAjoin Ajoin from the Ross stable worked a mile in 145 and one and oneeighth miles in 159 Myrtle Crown and Sudor worked threequarters in 117 and Dellham and BrVngar threequarters in 121 The Ross threeyearolds are fit and ready to race raceOther Other exercise gallops today were as follows Dora mile in 148 Hindoostan threequarters in 117 Hidden Ship fiveeighths in 105 Anti phon threeeighths in 37 Melodrama five eighths in 107 Duke John threequarters in 118 Anticipate threeeighths in 39 Alonquin three quarters in 117 Skoot threeeighths in 37 Steeple threequarters in 121 Bandalero and El JaMmer three eighths in 38 My Laddie half mile in 50 Miksy Kicksy threeeighths in 38 Broom Peddler threequarters in 115 Sir Wil ¬ liam and Bncklardo threequarters in 118 Royal Gift and Heart of Rocks halfmile in 51 Waac and Limit threeeighths in 37 Aunt Lin threequarters in 117
