Won easily; second and third driving. KIRAII set a good pace from soon after the start, drew away into an easy lead after entering the stretch and was eased 1111 at the end. THE TRUMP raced up into a contending position on the stretcli turn and easily outstayed the others. FLIBBERTYGIBBET finished well and outstayed SANTA CLAUS in the final drive. CAR raced prominently throughout and outstayed GORHAM in the final drive. The latter raced DORA W. into defeat and took the lead, then tired and barely lasted to save third place. RLQOMINGTON finished fast on the inside. BLACK BABY was forced extremely wide on the first turn and dropped back out of contention. DORA AV. quit after leading to the far turn. RAPID STRIDE ran on the outside of the leaders throughout, but easily outstayed the others in the stretch drive. RAGAZZA closed up ground near the end and outlinished THE DE-l ISION. INCOG showed a high flight of early speed and held on gamely in the stretch drive. IRISH KISS raced wide on the first turn and was permitted to drop too far out of contention in the lirst half, then closed up with a belated rush in the stretcli and was going fastest of all at the end.
