PETEIi PIPER showed line speed for live-eighths, but began tiring after racing into a good lead. AVESTWOOD saved much ground on all the turns and finished gamely. MUSK ALLONGE set a fast early pace and tired. REFUGEE II. showed speeil but quit in the stretch. DODGE was always outrun. The latter was under hard restraint to the stretch, where he raced into the lead and was cut off by OMER K and BLOND BUDDY, but made a game finish. RADIO closed a gap and finished fast and gamely.
