Won easily; second and third driving. BLACK HACKLE was away fast and raced into a good lead at once and won off, but was hard ridden for the entire race. LOU WIDRIG moved up steadily in the first half, where lie cut across and forced RICHELIEU back, then was hard ridden at the end to outstay the latter. RICHELIEU ran well and would have been second but for being- forced back. TWINKLE BLUE raced forwardly, but tired in the stretch.
