Won driving; second and third the s same. MAVOURNEEN was outpaced in the early running, but rame fast through the stretch and finishing i gamely wore POLYTHIA down to win in the last stride. POLYTHIA gradually improved her position ! and took the lead in the last eighth, but could not withstand the winners challenge. MERCURY showed excellent speed and rushing into a good lead set a rapid pare, but tired in the stretch. COURT VIEW "losed a big gap and ilnished fast. ORCUS ran a creditable race. SEA COVE ran in closest pursuit to the stretch and quit. BON HOMME began slowly and raced wide all the way. ARROW OF GOLD was In close quarters through the stretch. BULLSEYE followed the leaders under slight restraint until at the twelfth fence, where he nioved up gradually and taking the lead refused to extend himself while in front and droppd back, hut came again in the last eighth and won going away. SEA BRYN raced DECISIVE into defeat and held on gamely for second place. DECISIVE fenced well and displayed excellent speed, but tired in the final quarter mile. VALSPAR ran a fairly good race.
