THEODOSIAS DISQUALIFICATION The filly Theodosia was first at the end of the third race at Havre de Grace last Saturday. Her number was duly displayed as the winner and payment of the mutuels was made. Subsequently it was discovered she had carried Incorrect weight and she was disqualified. But the disqualification only operated to the extent of giving first money to Widow Bedotte, second money to Miss Filley ;tnd third money to Eucriuite. This did not affect the betting, which stood as the horses had finished. XJils procedure at the track governs elsewhere.
