DAUGHTER OF DURBAR WINS BIG RACE PARIS, France, October 3. Beautiful summery weather prevailed on Sunday and the lawns and foliage of the renowned Longchamps course appeared resplendent in the variegated tints of early autumn.. There was a huge crowd of spectators out to view the races. The Prix Yormeile. a race for three-year-old fillies, with ?S,O0O added, at one and. one-half miles, was the principal event on the card. It was Avon by Mariel Boussacs .Burban, b. f, 3; by Durbar Banshee, in a good field. Burban was bred by Mrs. H. B. Duryea. Baron E. de Rothschild again won three of the carded races, the American rider Matt McGee piloting the winners.
