QUESTION OVER TIJUANA OWNERSHIP SAN DIEGO. Cal., October 7. There is still contention about the actual ownership of the Tijuana track, according to President Jerome A. Bas ety of the Zaragosa Investment Company, which claims possession of the property, and who is now in the City of Mexico. He wires from there disputing J. W. Coffroths claim to the race course as well as that of Coffrothd organization, the Lower California Jockey Club, and makes a statement that there has not yet been a decision in the supreme , court of Mexico, where a case is pending, which will decide the ownership and possession of Tijuana.
