SUSPEND JOCKEY, RULE OFF TRAINER ERIE. Pa., October 14. Due to unsatisfactory riding of the horse Dr. Campbell on Tuesday and rough riding on Jessica F. here yesterday jockey R. Ball was suspended indefinitely by judge Joseph A. Murphy. For assaulting jockey Ball following the running of the fourth .race yesterday trainer J. "Bed" Mcfiovern was ruled off the turf, together with the filly Spring Vale and the other horses iu which Mc- Govern is interested.
