FARMERS PROTEST THE REFORM BILL LEXINGTON. Ky., January 21.— The farmers Tnion of Fayette County this afternoon by a vote of 40 to 3 against adopted a resolution expressing opposition to repeal of the law sanctioning the pari-niutuel system of betting at race courses and culling upon the legislature hi defeat the Lee bill and similar measures.
