The winter breezes of the Spa apparently agree with trainer Hughes, as he appears younger and extremely well. The present Australian champion horse. Eur.vth-mic. has had no luck in the race for the Melbourne Cup. Though he has twice beaten Foitrel. the Melbourne Cup winner and popular idol he displaced.
