PROSPECTS BRIGHT FOR CLEVELAND CLEVELAND, Ohio, February 2."i.— J. II. Walker, secretary of the Ohio State Jockey Club, is enthusiastic over the prospects of the spring meeting to he held at Maple Heights from May I to May 20. The initial meeting last year met with a easily measure of success and encouraged the backers of the venture to complete the necessary inipiovenieuts that will give the citizens of Cleveland a course that will compare favorably with any in the country.
