Md., April 14.— Entries for I the 0,000 Preakness Stakes have been made I public by the Maryland Jcckey Club and I number 124, including all of the best two- year-olds of last year, both East and West. : Benjamin Blocks champion Morvich, the I future book favorite for the Kentucky Derby, is among the eligibles. J. K. L. Ross Spanish Maize, H. P. Whitneys Bunting and Whisk-away, II. II. Hewitts Startle. H. C. Fishers I Violinist, Montfort Jones St. Henry and many others of like quality are also among the probable starters in the big Maryland race. I The Preakness will be run May 13 at Pirn- I Iico and on the same day the Kentucky Derby will be decided at Louisville. The Preakness is a race of a mile and an ] eighth, for three-year-old entire colts and fillies.
