, FINE FILLIES FOR PIMLICO Sixty Entered in Oaks, Including Miss Joy and Fair Phantom— Other Stakes. BALTIMORE. Md., April 14.— Entries for the four Pimlico stakes, which closed April 10, show a gratifying increase over last year, according to an announcement of the Maryland Jockey Club. Sixty three-year-old fillies have been named to contest in the Pimlico Oaks. The Pimlico management has received assurances that Miss Joy and Fair rhantom, Montfort Jones pair of stars, will be sent East at the same time when St. Henry is shipped here to fill his engagement in the Preakness. Other fillies which are highly regarded among the entries for the stake are Dream of Allah, Second Thoughts, Lady Baltimore and Prudish. All of the stakes have filled above expectations. One of the features of the entries is the unusual number of jumpers named for the Green Spring Valley Steeplechase. As many as eighty will be on the list of nominations for this stake.
