NEW KENTUCKY RACING ORGANIZATION LEXINGTON, Ky., July 1. The Tn-State Fair and Racing Association was incorporated yesterday at Wilmington, Del., and directors were named as follows: Charles II. Derryman, J. O. Keene, Thoma3 B. Cromwell and John II. Barbee of Lexington, Ky , and Dr. A. C. Lowery of Ironton, O. The capitalization is fixed at 4,000 shares of preferred stock, 00 per share par value, S per cent cumulative and callable at 10, and 10,000 shares of no par value common stock. The company has the right to build, acquire, own and operate fair grounds and race courses anywhere in the United States, tut its first plant is to be located in Greenup County, Ky., seven miles from Ashland. Ky., twenty-two miles from Huntington, AV. Va., and three miles from Ironton, O., on the Ohio Itiver, on the main line of the Chesapeake and Ohio Railroad, 140 miles from Cincinnati, and on the Atlantic-Pacific Highway, and the highway from Ashland to Greenup. The directors will meet at Lexington within the next few days to organize. It is understood that Charles II. Berryman will be president. Dr. Lowery vice-president, J. O. Keene general manager, Thomas B. Cromwell secretary, and John S. Barbee treasurer. J. O. Keene now is on the track site, with George Horinc of Lexington, who is the engineer in charge of the construction. The track will be ready for racing next fall and the association, it is stated, will ask the State Racins Commisison to provide dates for racing at the close of the Latonia mating.
