AL PI3RCE, well up throughout, came wide on the stretch turn, but finished well. LADY LUXURY began slowly, but worked her way up on the quiside and, saving ground on the stretch turn, finiahed fast. QUANAH set the early pace and, after being headed, took the lead again, but tired in the final sixteenth. ELIAS O. closed a gap from a slow beginning. SIMPLICITY ran well.
