SKOOTER began with the leaders, but was taken back and saved to the stretch and. coming fast in the best footing, passed MEUSE and won going away. The latter showed the most early speed and raced into a long lead, but was in the deepest going all the way and tired. SILK SOX began slowly and finished fast.
