Won easily; second and third driving. OKC US, showing the most speed, took the lead in the tirst eighth and, making the pace fast, held the nice safe to the end. OVERTAKE gained steadily while racing on the extreme outside and made a game finish. SUA MINT began slowly, but closed a gap and outfinished SLING in the linal strides. The latter raced well, but tired in the stretch drive. PASTORAL raced prominently throughout. ARAPAHOE ran poorly. Won ridden out; second and third driving. SOUMANGHA, excellently ridden throughout, fenced faultlessly and, after being under restraint for the Dr.it turn of the field, improved her position gradually to the last eighth, where she responded quickly when called on and, passing the leaders, won going away slowly. SEA SKIPPER showed the most speed and jumped in easy fashion, withstood repeated challenges from SWEEPMENT and raced the latter into defeat, but could not withstand the winners challenge. EARLOCKER gained slowly on the leaders in the last half mile and finished gamely. SWEEPMENT was prominent all the way .but tired in the final eighth and did not fence as well as formerly aud lost ground at several obstacles. BULLSEYE and PECCANT were never dangerous. DUCKS AND DRAKES met with minor interference on the last turn and finished with a belated rush. SCARE CROW ran a fast half and tired in the final eighth. STORY TELLER set a rapid pace and raced into a long early lead and made a resolute finish. EMOTION followed the leaders under slight restraint in the eaily running, but tired and could not respond when called on for a final effort. CROShLKSS ran a gama race. BONUS was never prominent. BELLSOLAR followed the others to the stretch and, finishing with a belated rush, was going fastest of all at the finish. WHISK, sore going to the post and sluggish, raced into the lead in the first quarter, but tired badly after goinj, three-quarters. KNIGHT OF THE HEATHER raced well to the last eighth. FLAGSTAFF, off well, was in close quarters while rounding the last turn and, coming fast when clear in the stractch, finished with a belated rush. COMIXA ran well, but tired in the last sixteenth.
